How we Bill:
Our pricing model is based on the utilization of instances, which are instances equipped with an Accociative Proccessing Unit (APU). Each instance incurs a cost of $4.8 per hour. Additionally, the number of vCPU cores selected carries an additional charge of $0.1 per hour. Lastly, the memory allocated for the index is priced at $0.01 per hour.

Common use case example calculation
Determining the required memory (in GB) for your index involves considering the vector dimensions and the data type used. For example, if the vector dimensions are 96 and you are utilizing a float32 data type (4 bytes), the calculation should be 96 * 4 * [number of records]. Therefore, if you have 1 billion records, the estimated memory requirement would be 384 GB.
